Vive un mitote gastronómico inmersivo en el corazón de las chinampas de Xochimilco, uno de los sistemas agrícolas más antiguos y sostenibles del mundo. Acompañados por anfitriones locales, los participantes descubrirán cómo los alimentos son cultivados, cosechados y transformados en un paisaje que ha alimentado a la Ciudad de México durante siglos.
La experiencia inicia con una navegación por los canales de Xochimilco, permitiendo conocer la historia del lago, las chinampas y las comunidades. Al llegar a la Chinampa Refugio, visitaremos un espacio de conservación donde podrán observar ajolotes y conocer la importancia ecológica y cultural de esta especie emblemática.
Recorreremos los cultivos para identificar, cosechar y recolectar hortalizas, flores comestibles y productos de temporada que serán utilizados durante la experiencia culinaria.
Mientras los participantes disfrutan del entorno natural, un chef local transformará los ingredientes recién cosechados en una comida preparada al momento.El resultado es una experiencia auténtica que conecta agricultura, territorio y gastronomía en un mismo lugar.
